    Do you allow exchanges? top

Yes.  I want my customers to feel confident when purchasing over the web.  Because many of my products are sold online, it can sometimes be hard to tell if the piece is right simply based on internet photos.   So, if you purchase a piece and try it on, only to find that it isn't what you had hoped for: the color isn't right, it is the wrong size, etc., just contact me.  I will work with you to do an exchange or to return your piece and rework it to your satisfaction.  One return exchange is allowed without any additional charge to you, and I will pay shipping for that first exchange.  However, any additional exchanges will only be granted upon prior arrangement, and at my discretion.  You will be responsible for return shipping fees for the exchange.  If you have questions, please contact me.

    Do you allow returns? top

Unfortunately, due to the nature of bridal and formal wear, it is typically worn only one time, and most designs are one of a kind or custom made.  So, returns for a full cash refund are not typically granted.  However, I do allow an exchange if you receive a piece that you have ordered and discover that the color or design isn't what you thought.  I will work with you to exchange it for another piece or rework it so you are satisfied.  Just contact me.

How do I wear a birdcage veil? top

Birdcage veils may be worn in several different ways, and in fact there are no hard and fast rules.  This is one of the reasons they are so popular.  You can place your veil as far back on the head as you like to get the veil edge to fall where you want it across your eyes, nose, or chin.  You may wear the veil either straight, or at an angle over one eye.

If the comb doesn't hold in your hair, make a mini pincurl, by gathering several strands of hair together into sort of a mini pony tail, then twisting that into a coil and pinning it flat to your head with two bobby pins crossed in an X shape.  Place the comb over the bobby pins, and it should hold tight!  You may also use hairspray and back comb or tease your hair a little before inserting the combs for extra hold.  If you have really short hair, contact me to see if I can attach small spring clips as opposed to combs.  I can also use crystal barrettes and other components as requested to make your veil just right for your hair type and wedding style.

Just contact me ahead of time before placing your order if you are wanting a particular veil customized for a certain length, and I will work with you to find and create the perfect birdcage veil for your style.

How do I wear a fascinator? top

Fascinators and hair flowers can be attached any place you like them on the head, and can be worn either with a veil (on top or underneath, it is your choice), or on their own at a rehearsal dinner or reception.  Most fascinators come with secure alligator clips, although a comb, barrette, or other attachment can be used on the back.  I can even convert fascinators into brooches, if you are looking for a wedding gown sash brooch or gown decoration.  Just contact me prior to placing your order and I will work with you to make sure the fascinator you like can be customized with a different backing type.

Do you do custom colors for wedding veils or fascinators? top

Yes!  I love doing custom bridal work.  Just contact me and send me photos of your gown and I will work with you to design a piece that is perfect.  I can usually order veiling in colors, or can have it dyed.

I like a piece but want it changed a little. Will you customize it for me? top

Yes.  I will typically customize a piece for no additional charge, unless it substantially changes and adds cost in which case I will let you know ahead of time.  Just contact me and I will work with you to create the perfect design.

Can I send you pictures of my gown so you can design a piece? top

Yes.  Custom bridal designs are my specialty.  Email me your photos and design requests, and let's bring your dream to life!

Do you do prom headpieces? top

Yes, I can create just about any design you like, and many of my bridal line items can be worn to a prom or other formal event.  If you have questions, just contact me.

Can I get this in Ivory? Or White, or Black? top

Most pieces can be recreated in either ivory or white, so if you see something you like on my website but it is the wrong color, just contact me to find out if I can customize the color for you.  I can also make pieces in black, and even in colors.  If you like a design but just want a little accent color added, like champagne feathers, or pink (or whatever), contact me and I will see what I can do to make your piece just perfect.

Can you turn this hair flower/fascinator into a wedding gown brooch or vice versa? top

Yes, generally most pieces can be modified with any backing that you like.  Hair flowers can be converted into brooches, brooches can be modified with clips or combs to become hair accessories, etc.   I can even craft the flowers and other components into pendants and other jewelry! If you want a piece modified and the backing converted into a brooch, comb, clips, or whatever, just contact me prior to ordering so I can make sure that it can be done for the piece that you want.
